sem chiede: Cosa fare per diventare custode di un’appartamento che appartiene ad un’azienda?
Salve, ho già un lavoro come impiegata da anni, volevo cambiare casa ma l’appartamento che ho trovato appartiene ad un’azienda ed ora scopriamo che può essere affittato solo a chi lavora come dipendente presso l’azienda o come custode. Ma devo proprio cambiare lavoro o appartamento? Cosa dovrebbe fare l’azienda per assumermi come custode e quanto gli costerebbe? Ringrazio in anticipo per la disponibilità.

Secondo me non hai molte alternative. Se l’appartamento può essere affittato a undipendente dell’azienda o al custode e tu non sei nè uno nè l’altro le possibilità sono 3:
1. cambi appartamento
2. ti fai assumere come dipendente
3. ti fai assumere come custode.
Non ho idea quanto costerebbe all’azienda assumerti come custode, ma fai attenzione, il custode ha dei vincoli ben precisi. Chiedi cosa dovresti fare e in che orari devi essere presente per fare la custode. Se l’appartamento che andresti ad occupare è quello del custode si troverà addicente all’azienda e sicuramente tu dovrai trovarti in casa la sera, la notte, i week end in modo che l’azienda non rimanga mai incustodita.
Chiedi bene tutte le informazioni necessarie prima di prendere qualsiasi decisione, ma per non complicarti la vita, io ti consiglio di cambiare appartamento.
