San Sebastian
La Concha, is a beautiful beach where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a number of water sports. In fact, the La Concha happens to be one of the best and most beautiful beaches present in Europe. You may also tour the Miramar Palace. This palace was built very back in 1893 and today it is a conference center. But visitors are still allowed roam around through its gardens and also have a spectacular view of the oceans from here. Walking along Paseo Nuevo and watching the passing yachts, motor boats and fishing boats for is also a great activity.
Bilbao
There is an 18th-century temple in Bilbao that this dedicated to the patron of St. of sailors, San Nicolas de Bari. This must visit site has a number of Baroque elements. Another important destination is Teatro Arriaga Cultural Center. Here you can have a look at the art display that features the neoclassical and Modernist art. Walking around the Plaza Nueva, will also allow you to explore yet another Neoclassical enclosure that was opened to public in the year 1849.
Vitoria
Great shopping arenas such as Calle Paz are present in the Vitoria’s medieval town. The Palacio de Bendana is another important place to tour. It is a house that was built in 1525 and presently it is the Museum that displays Fournier Playing Card collection.
Pamplona
Famous for the event of the Running the Bulls that takes place each morning here at 8 AM during July he’s second week while the Fiesta of San Fermin is on, is a must visit town in Basque region. You can also tour the Museum de Navarra which was formerly a hospital and today it is an important place that displays the Romanesque art and Roman artifacts.

salve a tutti…vorrei 1 consiglio,ma prima devo spiegarvi il mio caso:
sono una ragazza di media statura(1,60m)abbastanza snella,il mio unico problema è avere la ciccia che si deposita solo sui fianchi,vabbeh ciccia la definisco io,è solo che il tessuto è mollo,non è bello sodo,è 1 cosa lieve,mettendo 1 pantalone nero sono ok,il punto è che così non mi piaccio!!!
sto seguendo 1 dieta che il nutrizionista mi ha consigliato,xstare ben,solo che ha detto che dovrei fare almeno 10 minuti al giorno di corsa o di rassodamento….il punto è che per scendere di casa dovrei prepararmi eccecc….preferisco aver 1 attrezzo a casa xkè non ho molto tempo,il pomeriggio studio…il punto è che nn ho spazio per il tapis roulant….ela ciclettee lostep nn mi piacciono ,mi ingrosserebbero i polpacci,così ho pensato ad 1 pedana….il punto e che nn sn convinta fra vibrante e basculare….
vorrei sapere da chi ha usato 1 delle due quale farebbe più a caso mio!se si ottengono dei risultati e se ce ne sono funzionanti a basso costo acquistabili nei centri commerciali o centri sport,xkè online nn compro niente,la cosa la devo vedere….

guarda faccio sport da 20 anni ne ho 30 e 10 minuti di corsa non ti servirebbero a nulla solo a sudare leggermente.. se vuoi rassodare i fianchi devi sudare un po di piu nel senso che devi fare esercizi specifici per i glutei magari.. la pedana vibrante che hai detto tu la piu piccola costa intorno a 400 € e a detta di molti è inadatta per avere una pedana buona ti partono non me no di 1000 €
